Anonymous’ opening lines were so reader-grabbing, it was flawless. It felt like the beginning of an old BET film. She; we all can assume her pronouns because of how she introduces her tone and point-of-view; emulates a kind of sick-and-tired radiance in her writing, as if she was just fatigued with life but is grateful for what she went through because now she has a muse for her writing. there is also a love hate relationship with her cliff-hangers, she introduces the scene of her down-fall then abruptly goes to another topic. Her suspense is what captivates nosy readers like me, which is why it’s so good. My only question for her is would you ever write a piece about her trauma, excluding the suspense and few details?

Office Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:30 AM – 1 PM. I’ll be available through Zoom and will send an invitation via email that you should keep all semester. Try to join my meeting at the start of the hour, not at the end—since I may be talking to other students or have another appointment after the hour is up. If those times don’t work with your schedule, we can schedule a different time. This means you’ll have to schedule an appointment in advance via email. I suggest you have multiple times in mind, since your schedule may not mesh with mine!
