Mary Wollstonecraft

Mary Wollstonecraft is fighting for equal rights for women and men. She is a part of a discourse community for women they will call it the feminist group. She wants the recipients to improve the moral of citizens by teaching men that they should respect women and become modest to women and to themselves.

ā€œIn a book on female rights and manners, therefore, the works written specifically for their improvement mustnā€™t be overlooked; especially when the book says explicitly ā€¢that womenā€™s minds are weakened by false refinement, ā€¢that the books of instruction written by men of genius [see Glossary] have been as likely to do harm as more frivolous productions;ā€  she speaks About womenā€™s rights and manners and how weā€™re basically overlooked and that any book there is on a woman was written by the thought of a man. I find this whole very useful because it just shows something about females and how we think as a whole. We feel as if weā€™re basically overlooked and under thought of.

ā€œBut donā€™t think that because I am a woman I mean stir up violently the debated question about the equality and inferiority of the Ā·femaleĀ· sex; but that topic does lie across my path, and if I sidle past it Iā€™ll subject my main line of reasoning to misunderstanding.ā€ She talks about how she doesnā€™t mean to cause any drama with the debate between the female and male race she also doesnā€™t  want to stir any drama between the equality in superiority  of a man. I find this very useful because it just shows the type of person she is.
