Clarifying questions about the syllabus. 

  1. Will we be rotating or changing group members throughout the semester to get a new set of eyes and a fresh perspective on our assignments? 
  2. Will late work be accepted if there was a technical difficulty that delayed getting an assignment done considering everything is online? 
  3. Is a research paper part of our agenda for this semester? 
  • One of my main concerns about taking an online writing course is facing technical difficulties and not being able to submit the assignments on time. Other than that I’m pretty excited that this course is asynchronous because I’ll be able to focus on writing on my own time and there will be no scheduled class time that is interrupting with my other courses. I’m also looking forward to reading more and writing about topics that I’m interested in and using my voice as a form of expression in my writing. I hope to get better at writing and get into a habit of reading outside of class.
