Civil disobedience is the process of refusing to obey certain laws and demands of the government in a nonviolent way, which has been followed by great leaders across the world. Antigone disobeys King Creon’s rules, I believe she is committing civil disobedience. She opposes the king’s refusal to give Polynices a befitting burial, which she considers to constitute civil disobedience.
