• I found it easier to express my thoughts through a letter than writing a traditional academic essay because it was easier to address the people concerning my discourse community. No one else would relate.
  • The pieces we reviewed by A.O.C., Young, Douglass, and Wollstonecraft helped me create my piece because they all wanted change. They all had their own way of doing it but nonetheless wanted their discourse community to see things in their perspective.
