After careful thought and analysis, I have chosen to write a letter to address my discourse community, this is because it is more personal and I will like to make it more direct and detailed to the audience I am addressing it to. In my letter, there will be an Introduction, 3 bodies, and a conclusion.

Introduction: In the introduction, I will start off with a greeting and end it with a thesis statement to give the audience or reader an idea of what I like to discuss.

Body: Every starting paragraph of the three bodies would have its own sentence idea, a quote from a well-renowned researcher, and a supportive statement. such as,

  • Growing up together with me about ten years ago, you know I am big with respect and how I relate to people…..
  • Another significant issue is duty. Duty to so many people means performing an assigned job…..
  • Being away from my family for a long period of time with little opportunity to communicate to them……

Conclusion: The conclusion will bring a sense of hope of a solution to all the problems my discourse community is going through.
