The intended audience is the groups of individuals who suffer from food insecurity and politicians. People who suffer from food insecurity already understand the difficulties that they have to go through being that they have something to relate to. They go through the struggle everyday hoping for change and they know that it can be hard. Their main concern is that they’re going to be in this endless loop of not being able to afford food. Politicians can possibly help change this. The concern they may have is whether or not it will actually work considering the vast majority of people that are going this crisis. What if the help is not enough for everyone?
