In the piece “How to read like a writer” by Mike Bunn, he went into depth on how people read just to read and gather the information from the book or text, But rather how you should be asking yourself why the author wrote what he wrote what was the meaning behind it and why he used those words in there writing. That way when you finish reading you could have a better grasp and understanding of the text. Then once you finish reading you can maybe finally understand what was the authors intentions.
