EC: What didn’t go wrong?

We had barely begun the project when on the 2nd day of work we ended up slicing through a 1/4 of our hull and making a veritable chasm in the supposed-to-be watertight compartment. Right away, there was a lot of morale issues and an argument ensued, fingers were pointed, yada yada. We got over it and figured out the best way to make amends and move forward with the project. Although it seemed like a show stopping move that ended our little endeavor before it barely began, we figured out that we could probably seal the top part of the sub over this huge hole. This ended up working [aesthetically anyway]; we’ve yet to test the sub under full water compression. We had other, minor hurdles and squabbles on the way, but this was a shocker, so early on in the project. It’s all good though as we got it done, the video is uploaded and can be viewed as of today.
