This week, we made some progress with the quad rotor. We got the code for the accelerometer working on the arduino board. We also received our new remote in the mail this week. This upcoming week, we would like to test our new remote, to make sure that it works. We would also like to attach the lily pad and arduino board to the quad rotor. We also have to find a charger for the new battery.

It sounds like you are working hard to get this done! I hope that can get a charger and don’t have to worry about parts anymore.
It’s good to know that your project is heading back on the right track. But just for curiosity’s sake, how will you guys be able to attach the lily pad and use it to power the quadrotor without affecting existing functionality and/or parts on the quadrotor? I only ask because for our project, we didn’t build over or replace existing parts of a machine with Arduino related hardware, we had to build the parts from scratch and then put everything into the stuffed bunny. Plus, I haven’t done anything like that myself (other than for this class), so it would be good to learn from someone with more experience.
