Week One Journal Entry

Hey guys, my name is Marcos Lamberty. I’m an Entertainment Technology student in my junior year. I haven’t had much experience with programming other than the CST 1101 class. I learned to create a small video game using Alice. We also learned how to write code in Java, although I didn’t really understand how to do it. So I’m hoping to learn a little more about writing code in this class. I also have had some experience in working with electronics by taking the electricity lab class. We learned how to solder circuits. I would like to have more practice soldering in this class. My ideal project for this class would be to build a robot that can walk around and complete tasks for me. I would also love for it to fight other robots.
