A Remote controlled car, that can be controlled through the internet

It’s basically an RC car without the traditional controller, the controller being your laptop or very smartphone.
However can this be done you ask

It would require an RC car without the controller
An Arduino
Linksys WRT54GL router
A green and Red LED
A stress ball
A buzzer for the horn
Wires
More wires
A camera that can stream live(so your car doesnt end up in the women’s bathroom, again)
The VB6 Wifi_Robot client application(Windows)
Another stress ball
CarServer (Linux)
 (Arduino) car_arduino.c

Considering that the original projekt came out like 4 years ago we might be able to replace the router with an Arduino shield, saving space and weight
