*Better late than never* *Facepalm*
So I typed in google Arduino filipino and this is the first link that popped up.

I clicked on the added more translation to the filipino language resource file and it went to a text file that had english words being translated to tagalog.
Example : msgid “\”.{0}\” is not a valid extension.” to
+msgstr “\”.{0}\” ay hindi tamang extension.
