The CEO of “iFixit” states, “grammar is my litmus test… If job hopefuls can’t distinguish between ‘to,’ and ‘too,’ their applications go into the bin” (Is Our Children Learning Enough Grammar to Get Hired?). Creating discriminatory decisions against an individual in the work field is undeniably askew. Prejudice based on poor grammar results in cultural shunning, descriminaton of economic classes, and the unjustly elimination of indivuals from the elite minds.
