John McWhorton believes that it is wrong to judge an applicants credentials based on their grammar, this is true because applicants should be judged based on the job requirements, public school in the U.S doesn’t prioritize grammar so some never tries to get better at it but they could be very skilled at the job they applied for, and finally applicants from foreign country who’s first language isn’t English may lack proper grammar but could be more qualified for the job than applicants with proper grammar.
