Some of the lesson plans I have to design require a bit of extra research that isn’t explicitly told to me. In designing for the lesson plan it has to have some sort of the subject incorporated. Say for example the lesson plan is about Ancient Egypt. It’d make sense to incorporate pyramids and hieroglyphic designs and not the Eiffel tower or something. Because I went to high school a long time ago, I have to re-research a lot of topics I once learned already.  I just thought it was good that this internship is giving me a refresher on past knowledge and how it’s very fascinating to me that life was going full circle. While I do have strong opinions about the education system, especially regarding high school education, I did learn some vital information I’m still using today.
