Journal Blog #2 Getting an internship (Part. 2)

Looking for an internship is basically like looking for a job, which I have no luck with usually. Corona makes that process even more difficult in my opinion. I applied everywhere I could that would count for the class requirements. There were a lot of companies that would only conduct interviews via zoom and from the five interviews I had, (not including the one I got secured the internship for) something went completely wrong. For the first interview, the supervisor gave me a broken link to the zoom meeting and when I tried to email her, her email was on auto reply as if she was away. For the second and third and fourth interviews, I got into the zoom meeting but the connections were so poor. I had to keep repeating myself because my responses kept legging and we had to reconnect all the time. It was awful and awkward. And last but not least for my fifth interview, it actually turned out to be a scam.
