Each file should be saved according to the following naming convention. i.e., 01_LastName.doc (Microsoft Word).

  • Read Raster vs. Vector in the Resources and make yourself familiar with the differences of each element. Also, read File Format and Understanding Resolution notes to familiarize yourself with them. 
  • Write a 300-word description of why you chose them for Vector/Raster format. For example, the description for “Vector” choices may include items from Raster vs. Vector” notes. The same applies to “Raster” choices.” Talk about their file format and extensions.

Due Date: September 2nd

  • 01Homework is due – 5:00 pm the day before class. Post and email your File Name: 01_LastName.docx to ProfessorNeuringer@gmail.com by 5:00 pm Tuesday, September 8th and the professor will place it in your folder on Professor’s drive.
