My research question is How do emotions affect sport performance? This topic interest me because I know how it feels to play a certain sport mad or happy. The different emotions either make you play better or worse. When I’m mad, I feels as if I play basketball better than usually because all the anger built up in me is telling, you need to prove you own this game, or you are the best player on the court. I know emotions play a part with the brain, so if you need your brain to know what you are doing on the court. How can you focus if your mind is elsewhere. I want to find out how the emotions really affect how a person performs. Also, If the different emotions affect people different than others. Such as when someone overly happen, they play bad or they are upset it makes them play better.
