Portrait Photography

The way the photograph was composed by communicating with the model to turn around as if she was walking up the stairs and to hold on to the rail. We were in a staircase so there was limited light which was the doors.

Well, you managed to find some light in one of the darkest spots in Voorhees, so good on you! The background is a little distracting. You should watch for elements intersecting your subjects head, such as the pipes. You might also have shifted a little more left to include her hand on the railing, but otherwise this is a good job of filling the frame with your subject.
