This design designer the most unethical chair possible. This one chair is so striking because of the way it’s a rocking chair yet it feels like it’s moving fast when still. I know that rocking chairs aren’t very fast so the visual of it presenting something fast is so contradicting. The other chair on his Instagram are also very qacky, but cool. This is what the postmodern design looks like, leaving modern simplicity and entering an era where things are weird and complex yet functional in some way. I appreciate the functionality of this chair and its design. I don’t think this is something you can sit on, I could see it being for display.
