Soundtracks in movies or games are equally as important as the plot of the movie or game. If the soundtrack doesn’t fit the context of the movie, it would take it nowhere, and it would make certain scenes come across as a different tone to the audience. An example of a good soundtrack would be the soundtrack by Cuphead. The Orchestra led by Kristofer Maddigan created a beautiful vintage soundtrack that really wrapped up setting up the scenery of the world in that game. Each song is funky, fun, retro, and it tells the viewer that they really did their research in what is fitting in the game’s universe.
