During World War II, design played a crucial role in propaganda and visual communication. Posters, badges, and other visual media were used to influence public opinion and motivate people in times of conflict. One of the artistic elements that intrigues me is the bright and attention-grabbing colors like red, blue, and yellow were frequently used to create a sense of urgency and importance.

I really like the images you chose for this journal post. It’s true that design plays a major role propaganda in many different ways. I think it’s interesting how the art and design work at that time sort of becomes the visual, historical representation of that era.
