Hey all, check your dropbox folder. I renamed all the files the way I want them. I am NOT doing that again. From now on, keeping the folder organized is your responsibility. It took a long time to rename your files and quite frankly, I’m annoyed that many of you are not following the rules.
Having a uniform naming scheme will help us keep the folder organized. From now on, all submissions must adhere to these rules:
- 1 file per assignment (multiple pages within a file are ok and encouraged).
- Naming scheme is firstinitiallastnamedate.pdf
- No spaces
- Date is mm/dd/yyyy format. 2 digit month, 2 digit day, 4 digit year
- If it’s a test, put test, if it’s extra credit, put extra credit. Otherwise, don’t put anything after. You can have spaces after firstinitiallastnamedate
If a file is not named in this way, or if you have multiple submissions, then I will not grade your assignment. If it remains ungraded, your grade will be a zero. If you need to resubmit it and do so late, you will get points lost.
I’m trying my best to be flexible, but I find it to be a waste of time trying to figure out which file is which when this is something relatively simple for you to keep track of. Please follow these rules.
