Challenging Spring Weather
I enjoyed out discussion about frost during class today. These images show how vineyard managers take action to avoid frost damaging their vines. 2017 in Europe was a particularly difficult year. Protecting the vines is important to ensure a viable crop. Frost is more challenging in spring and fall, hail is a challenge throughout the year.
