One thing I learned about James Beard is that they are a non profit organization that celebrates honor chefs and other leader that makes America’s food culture more delicious. Another thing I learned about James Beard was born on May 5, 1903 in Portland Oregon. Lastly even with his sucess in the field, he was actually expelled from Reed College due to poor scholastic performance.
