E-Profile
Hello my name is Abigail Salazar but you may call me Abi. I graduated from Long island city high school and was able to participate a lot with C-CAP. Academically i’ve always try to do my best and not slack on my work, I alway try to hand in my work on time if not earlier. Throughout my high school years i’ve participated alot in my culinary class, I tried to take advantage of everything they had to offer. It all started off in my sophomore year when I was introduced to pastry, we started to do pastries. I loved it right away I was always the first to ask if there’s more to do, I was in love with the kitchen, I was offered a lot of internships and I did them as well as job shadows with C-CAP. In my final internship which was this year in january, I was about to work with Flora Bar and it was just the best, I was able to be in Natasha Pickowicz pastry team and i’ve learned so much. I knew that being in the food industry was just right for me, not just pastries but i’m heading towards it more. I believe that my personal strengths is being punctual, respectful, organized and im very easy to socialize with others, Im able to work as a team. A thing that I learned in high school is that early is on time, on time is late, and late is unacceptable, which is something im very good at. I really hate being late, Always on time and ready to go. I’m looking forward to your class and can’t wait to be able to participate in event in the future with you.
