In that class we learned to make all different types of pastries, cakes and breads and deserts. We competed in tournaments around the city in which we were given a time limit to complete a certain dish sort of like the show Iron Chef without the high tech kitchen. Although i only attended that high school for a couple of months I learned alot and became very interested in Culinary arts.

It all started with watching my mother cooking in the kitchen and ever since then the rest has been history. I’ve been cooking for myself, friends, family, and even parties. I was born in Boston, Massachusettes but my family is native to the country of Haiti.
