It is time to explore the world of hospitaltiy and all it has to offer students studying in preparation to lead and transform the industry as we know it. In this course we will develop our knoweldge base of various segments of the hospitality industry including tourism, hotel & resort management, food and beverage management, culinary and much, much more.
We will use this site over and over again either to show off our work or to “check in” to ensure we are progressing as we intend to.
