I feel we covered a lot of information in class today. Chef Chehatam provided us with wonderful insight that I believe was inspirational. Another inspirational chef is Jose Andres, is a person you should all be aware of. His company Think Food Group has been redefining how the industry feeds people. Think about our reflections from today, who would want to work for this organization? Imagine the skills and workplace ethics you would learn.
