A quote from the article– Over the 20th century, and in particular in the years following World War II, French fine dining – haute cuisine, meaning meals with the most elevated standards – was seen as the ultimate in exquisite culinary experiences.
My thoughts– As someone who wants to work in the culinary industry, I would like to be in a high end restaurant like a haute cuisine. This is because fine dining is the most elevated dining you can give to a customer, and having to be the person who cooks in fine dining restaurant, it makes you feel like your serving customers the best quality imaginable.
