I spent most of my time this year fixing my sleeping schedule. I recently discovered that I have middle insomnia which is basically when you sleep in intervals instead of the entire night. I’ve struggled with this my entire life, sleeping for 2 hours at a time and waking up feeling fully rested, for the majority of the year I would typically sleep two hours during the day and two hours at night. And this is how I was living my life for the past year, I noticed some differences in my health mainly pertaining to my weight and appearance. I noticed I looked visibly sick all the time with bags and was at an all-time low weight, this prompted me to go to the doctor to see if they can find a remedy. I was prescribed some heavy sleeping pills
