Preparation Activity Steps Learning Objectives Learning Outcomes Assessment
 Class will be given a  short pre test Class will be given assignment  after pre test that will incorporate articles and information on Head and neck cancer, nutrition, care of patients with cancer Case study of how culture impacts patient care and response to pain and illness   Class will also be asked to write response  on their culture response to illness  written 5 question pre test  base line for cancer and effects on body and life style Assess the values and perspectives of diverse individuals, communities, and cultures and their influence on health behaviors, choices, and practices.
Use the arts, sciences and humanities as a forum for the study of values, ethical principles, and the physical world
Work with teams, including those of diverse composition. Build consensus.
Show ability to contribute actively by applying knowledge to the identification and analysis of societal and professional problems to enact solutions.
