Chapter 4 – 5 Notes (Handwritten)

I’m including a copy of the notes I’ve taken on Chapters 4 and 5 (two separate files)  Ideally you should use these notes as 1) a supplement to make sure your notes are complete and 2) a reminder of the subjects we covered in each of the two chapters.   If your notes to earlier chapters are not organized effectively, you can also use this as a model for taking notes on the readings in Chapters 1-3.    DO REMEMBER to include relevant Rules of Civil Procedure, and mark those in your CPLR book.   (It will help you find them when during the midterm.)
