I personally found this article interesting because I volunteered for the U.S. Pastry competition this year and I’ve seen amazing chocolate work. This article explains how a young pastry chef from a luxurious hotel in London won first place at the Junior UK Chocolate Masters. All contestants were young from ages 17-23 and I think it’s amazing to see young people making incredible chocolate pieces, just like the ones I saw at the pastry competition here in NY. This article inspires me to always do my best if I ever want to be as good as this young chefs.
