  1. Trying to stay calm and breathe in and out if I feel emotionally challenged. Usually, I will sleep when I got mad because sleep can help me to relax. After sleep, I felt no anger anymore. If I couldn’t sleep I put some music on. Sometime I will stay in a quiet place to think about why I got mad or what made me mad. Therefore, I think relaxing is the most important action that can help your emotional issues or mental health

When I feel emotionally challenged on something, i will just skip that challenged goes on to the next one, then go back to the one that had been skip, if that still seems challenged for me I will totally Ignore that challenge. This helps me not to overthink about that challenge so I don’t have the pressure because for challenge parts I will mostly forget.

  3. I want to give something others when I can do it than it gives me pleasure. On the other side when I see people are starving and I want to help them but in terms of condition its not easy which is emotionally challenged for me. I always do what gives me pleasure,peace,inspiration,love and encouragement. all of this work on my own mental health.

  4. When I feel emotionally challenged, I will choose to be alone because I don’t want these bad emotions to affect anyone. Also for me, being alone can make me think about this frustration and problem better and deeply. When I am alone, I will choose to listen to some soothing music. This can help me better self-regulation and balance my mind.

  5. I would try to talk to someone whenever I can. However, sometimes I don’t want to talk to anyone so i stay alone for couple hours, so my body can relax. I feel better after because the stress goes away and i go back to normal.

  6. I work on my own mental health When I feel emotionally challenged by being an place where there is nobody and start doing the Things I love, which will distract me . For example, listening to music while painting. An additional, I would like to go to somewhere that I love to refresh my mind and get rid of of the negative thoughts from my mind.

  7. When I feel emotionally challenged I would listened music or read the boos to made myself clam down.And then i would told myself that was no big deal again and again.After sleep I would like nothings else happen before.

  8. When you feel emotionally challenged, I will take a deep breath and try to let myself stay clam. Then, I will focus on solving this emotional challenge by a stay in a very quiet place, and I also put some music on to listen to trying to relax.

  9. I will take deep breathing trying to stay clam. then when angry count to ten before speak. I feel like relax and sometimes go to the bed and sleep . therefore I think sleep is the best to help balance mind.

When I feel emotionally challenged, I always try to talk to someone who I can trust because If I stay alone I think on what I did and how I did it or sometimes why I reacted in this way instead of that way. If I talk to someone is better because when I talk make feel in peace and the stress or angry go out, however, most of the times I play the piano because the music makes me flow and put me in a good mood, sometimes my pieces of music are created by me depending on how I feel. I play the piano to balance my mind in the fact to create music.

  11. When I feel my emotionally challenged, I breathe a moment then ignore the people who made me lose control of the emotion. For example, my mom is the one who always drives me crazy. Therefore, I would like to stay alone until I come down and she stopped yelling. I would play games or sing some songs for a while. I found that it works to me because it hrlps to switch my focus and get back the control of myself.

  12. I work on mental health by reducing the stress I have in my life. When I feel emotionally challenged I talk to people so they can give advice also I try to stay calm so I can surmount the problem.I feel it helps because I feel more comfortable.
