- Sketch desk + add dimensions in your sketchbook
- Set up drawing template – 11″x17″ sheet size
- Border + Title Block
- Practice use of architectural scale
- Watch video on reading + using a scale
- Draw Graphic Scale on your 11×17 sheet
To-Do After Class
- Drawing Assignment – 3 Views of Desk:
- From your sketches in class, and the dimensions given, complete these drawings at the scale of: 3/4″=1′-0″.
- See SLIDES from class for more information.
- All drawings shall be done on 11×17 paper with title block + graphic scale as demonstrated in class. See slides for samples.
- Submit one pdf of your drawings, formatted as described above + in Course Resources.
- Complete all previous assignments. Look in today’s and previous Class Agendas for more information.
