Social conspiracies, specifically the flat earth conspiracy. I choose the flat earth conspiracy because it goes against everything I believe in but there are some key points that will make their case valid. So I choose to write my opinion essay about how “flat-earthers” are right about the shape of the earth. There are a lot of articles, but mostly convincing video-graphed interviews showing how astronauts are taught to mislead society to cover up NASA’s tracks. The articles and interviews are with retired astronauts and NASA employees/employers, so one might find them as valid primary sources. There is only one opposing side, which is that flat earther’s are wrong based on the science aspect and just believing on a mere whim.
Are the astronauts and NASA employees just “poking fun” by agreeing with the claims?
