To What Extent was Motorola not being as popular in North America as it was worldwide back in the mid-2000s?
Every time I go on vacation in Brazil, I probably heard this notification ringtone everywhere I go. The Hello Moto Ringtone. At first, I was unaware about where this come from. Then I realized this was from Motorola. My cousin from Brazil happened to owned one. In fact, this is the type of the phone a lot of Brazilian Citizens owned. A Motorola Phone. After I returned from vacation in Brazil in 2019, my neighbor actually happened to owned a Motorola phone, which is the Motorola Moto e6, from Optimum Mobile. Motorola has been around for almost 95 years. It was founded in 1928. At the time, they were producing consumer electronics, and Government transmitters. In 1969, The first transmission of the man on the moon was made. Now a days, they are well known for Making phones, in particular Mobile phones, and today, they are known for making budget smartphones. This is something that Motorola has been doing since 1973 when the worldâs first mobile phone call was made by Motorola employee, Martin Cooper, who is regarded as âThe Father of the Mobile Phoneâ since he invented the mobile phone. Motorola became a household name big time in the mid-2000s when they released the Motorola RAZR V3. At the time, it didnât gain attention due to how expensive it was, but the following year, prices for that phone dropped, and it became the best-selling cell phone of all time, selling over 130 million units by 2006, and became a cultural phomonon. The success with the RAZR made Motorola the second largest phone in the whole world, Behind Nokia. That was until 2007, when Apple released the iPhone. The reason why I chose that itâs because it is based on my experience the Motorola Brand, both in Brazil, and Here, and how I started using them.

It sounds to me like what you want to ask and research is: How has Motorola evolved as a company? Or- How has Motorola’s role in the cell phone market evolved?
Also, to help you refine your question, I would ask you to think about why you’re interested in this topic. What do you want to know? What is it that you find appealing about this company or topic?
