This does not seem like a source that can help you answer a specific question. How do you know it is a reliable and credible source? I’m also not sure what your question is about conspiracies. Additionally, this is not a citation. You need to format the information about the source (author, title, etc.) into an MLA style citation. You’re also missing half of the information you need for your annotation as I do not see an evaluation paragraph. .
