Week 6: Unit 1: Education Narrative Due

Dear class, before moving on to the work for this week, which is submitting Unit 1 make sure you, you completed the work from the Week 5 Agenda. Remember that you had work for Thursday 9/29 because it was a Monday schedule.

Monday, 10/3 (asynchronous, work due on our class site by 11:59 pm)

  • Unit 1 assignments (Education Narrative) are due.
  • Create a post in which you write a short reflective letter (150-200 words) about the process of writing your education narrative. In your letter, discuss whether or not reading “Shitty First Drafts” affected your writing process. If so, how? If not, discuss how you approached the assignment.
  • At the end of your short reflective letter, paste the link to your Unit 1 Google Doc. Make sure the document is set so that anyone with the link can edit.
  • Before publishing your post, make sure you do the following:
    • Title it “Unit 1”
    • Pick the category “Unit 1 Work”
    • If you want, pick the private setting so that only I see the final version of your narrative.
    • Then publish the post
