The City Tech campus comprises nine buildings, four of which (Namm Hall, the Library Building, the General Building, and the Pearl Building) are connected as though they were a single complex. You may still hear people refer to the “Atrium Building”; that was the old name for the Library Building.
Across Jay Street from those four buildings (at 285 Jay) is the Academic Building, the newest addition to campus.
The Voorhees Building, at 186 Jay Street, houses engineering technology and other programs and hosts the College’s haunted house each autumn. English Department classes are occasionally scheduled in the Voorhees Building.
The other three buildings, The Environmental Center (172 Pearl St), Th Howard Building 25 Chapel Street, and the DNA Learning Center (62 Tillary Street), house a variety of major department offices and programs, but very few classes are held there, and they not used for any English classrooms or events.
