My name is Senait which is pronounced sa-nay. I am a high school student so I don’t have a decided major as of yet but I have an interest in engineering as well as graphic design. I enjoy listening to music in my free time from different artists such as A Boogie, Drake, Lil Durk and more. I also enjoy online shopping because it allows me to explore my creative side by putting different pieces of clothing and color together. During my spare time I also enjoy being accompanied by friends whether it is in person or just on the phone.
My name is Andrew Dumas and this is the third college course I’ve taken so far. During this period of great stress and social isolation, I’ve managed to come to conclusions about the things I enjoy. While I am still a high school student, I have my goals set towards earning an engineering degree, and my love for academics will certainly help. I normally enjoy spending my free time by watching videos or listening to music, and from time to time playing games with friends. Good afternoon everyone! My name is Vivian Uwakwe! I’m 18 years old and this is my first year at City Tech. My parents are from Nigeria, but I’m born and raised in the US. I’m really more of a history/ELA type of person rather than a science type of girl, but I still find myself majoring in Nursing. I chose this major because my other options weren’t looking really optionable xD, and due to the fact that I would really like to follow in the footsteps of my mother. In my spare time, I’m either watching kdramas, reading online, or hanging out with my family. It really sucks that my first semester or first year of college is online, but I’m really trying to make the most of it! I’m so used to school starting in September so this is truly weird… but this is college right? There are still some things that need to be fixed concerning my term, but so far so good! I’m truly excited for this class, and I’m ready to make the best out of this year.

Hello, I’m Haim Singh (he/him) currently an engineering major. Really interested in STEM from childhood so picking a major wasn’t too hard. Hobbies are listening to music, playing video games, 3D modeling as well as reading comic books from time to time. I’ve been watching a lot of live streams recently and enjoy. Hi, my name is Kevin Holston Jr. This is my first semester at City Tech College where I have chosen to major in entertainment Technology. I am very interested in videography and filming and I’m super excited to learn more about it. I’m, not the biggest fan of reading but when I do I’m most likely reading a bibliography or nonfiction book. The most recent books I read were “Shook One” by Charlemagne and Hidden figures. I do love music, I listen to every genre but mostly hip hop or alternative. In my spare time, I’m definitely content-creating. Either making youtube videos, short films, or Tik Tok videos on most occasions I am a creative director.
Throughout my school years I’ve found myself gravitating most towards writing and reading. Reading and writing has become a part of my everyday life due to being home for a year in quarantine. I am still a high school student therefore, I have not declared a major. However, I do intend on majoring in entertainment journalism when I’m officially in college. I chose this major due to how much I enjoy writing and being a news anchor in my previous high school’s morning show. I enjoy reading mystery, horror, and romance books. The major of my choice is civil engineering and the reason is because they help design and build a building. I have not read any books in a while but if I were to start reading books again I would choose to read action or mystery books. What I like to watch is a good comedy or horror movie, especially at night and as long as it doesn’t say it’s based on a true story I am cool with it. In my spare time I play soccer or just be on video games and play games like Call of Duty.

I enjoy reading science and history articles because I found those to be the of most enjoyable as there are new terms and definitions that I can pick up and learn from. I like to spend time talking to my friend via online communication, to keep up with them, and spend most of my time on YouTube where I find new videos that explain new concepts that I may not know beforehand.
