Original Edit
I tried brightening up the image and saturated the colors more, I also tried making the reflection more noticeable.

I tried brightening up the image and saturated the colors more, I also tried making the reflection more noticeable.
I used the lighthouse app and setting the sec 1/15 and the ISO on 40 to create a blur, and then I started shaking my phone every time I took a photo until I got one that I liked.
I wanted to add more of a contrast with the glass to the wall so I selected the white wall and adjusted it. I increased the exposure by .28, the highlights by 6, and the whites by 4.
I started off by cropping the image so the window could fill the frame more. I increased the contrast by 12, the highlight by 4, the whites by 10, and decreased the blacks by 14.
Crop
Exposure -0.65
Contrast +18
Highlights +16
Shadow -23
Whites +16
Blacks -3
Temp -10
