I’m very happy with how this picture came out once I used Lightroom to edit it. I didn’t mess around with many filters in the “light tab,” but I did raise up the contrast meter in order to make the much darker and much lighter elements of the photo stand apart even more. I did most of my work in the “color” section where I used the mixer on many individual colors. I raised the luminance on reds to make the door pop more, lowered the hue on the oranges to make the sky in the middle ground less yellow, raised the saturation and luminance on all yellows, raised the hues on the greens to make the grass and trees brighter and appear more alive, and lastly raised the hue and lowered the luminance on dark blue to make the sky look very different. I also raised the overall clarity of the photo, and raised the sharpening meter. Overall, I think that this editing changes the mood of the picture a lot, and makes the sky in the top left stand out a lot more than it originally did.
