What elements of Illustrator and Photoshop will you use in your artwork?
I will use Adobe Illustrator’s colorization to make my own artwork from scanned images and lineart! I will also continue to learn how to manipulate the pen tool with the direct selection and pathfinder tool to take the plunge into logo design! I will use Adobe Photoshop to touch up my photos, add interesting edits to photos, and create new compositions with my photos. I will also use photoshop for simple masking jobs that I need to be done, and post-lightroom photography edits.

What was the best part of this class for you?
The best part of this class for me was definitely finishing my midterm project! Having no prior experience with Adobe Illustrator before this class I was extremely anxious about taking on a big project. I was afraid of failing if I attempted to recreate a complex Disney poster design. Still, I decided to take a risk and challenge myself with the WreckitRalph Disney poster I did. I had no clue where to start and I had to ask for help when I hit roadblocks, but 20+ hours later I finished a beautiful Wreck-It Ralph poster recreation. I enjoyed having you as my professor because you encouraged everyone in your class to do their best and ensured that they would reach the stars! You took your time to make sure everyone understood the new concepts taught that week and every week before. Your indispensable energy made it easy to bring my best to each and every class! Same for my classmates! Imagine actually getting classmates who participate in class? Or who responds to chat messages willing to network with you during quarantine? I couldn’t before this class. I appreciate all the people in my class from the students to you, Professor! Thank you all for making this quarantine class fun!

What elements of Illustrator and Photoshop will you use in your artwork?
I will use all elements of Illustrator and Photoshop in my work or any future work I need to get done. I have honestly learned alot from my raster Vector class and Professor Neuringer is a great teacher. My professor has honestly made school fairly easy for me and actually fun to learn.

What was the best part of this class for you?
The best part of this class for me is learning new things and all the cool projects that we got to partake in. Overall my favorite project I can say was the Midterm project where we got to recreate a Disney poster it was honestly an amazing experience and I loved the way it came out the piece.
