Monthly Meet-ups (Peers)

Hey ALL!
Nina and Vashnee here with an exciting announcement! This month we start our Monthly Mentor MeetUps and this time we’re going Hybrid! Which means you can join us in the actual room or via Zoom!
This month’s meeting is next Thursday, February 10th, during club hours 12:45-2 PM
@ Room P123 & on Zoom.
For those who don’t know, this is Nina and Vashnee, we’re both COMD seniors at City Tech and we host monthly meetings to discuss classes, careers, opportunities, and anything you have questions about and get them answered.
The following are a list of topics to discuss to kickstart this semester:
- Using and accessing your email
- Making sure your correct email is on file
- The proper email format
- Maximizing your outlook account
- Finding and utilizing your advisor
- Finding an Advisor
- Preparing for your advisement
- Questions you should ask during advisement
- Filing for Graduation
- Maximizing the COMD experience
- Clubs
- Boot Camps
- Out-of-School Activities (One Club / AIGA)
- Communicating with peers/Networking
