Dear future self,
Life is filled with uncertainty and you never know what can happen. My advice to you is to enjoy life for what it’s worth and to make the most out it. Furthermore to never give up on your goals and focus on what is really important to you. Focus on completing your education and obtaining your degree at the end. There will be many hard days where not everything will go the way you want it to and you may want to quit. However that is when you should try even harder and persevere through it because in the end it’ll all be worth it. Writing is a skill that everyone should know and you can’t escape from it. Writing is a part of our every day lives and improving on it will put you in a better position to succeed. For this year I hope that nothing more bad will happen and that everything starts to become better, even if it’s a slow process to do so. I hope that my goals will be realized and the goals of my friends and family as well. 
I like your post and agree with you that we never know what can happen in our lives. Despite our failures, we do not need to give up, but we must be strong and go after our goals.
