Prime Renovations seeking new Project Manager.
Job Description:
· Assist project management related tasks on construction projects that include, reviewing proposals/ drawings, executing material takeoffs, and preparing cost estimates.
· Assist with file management, submittals, RFI’s, and change orders
· Assist with the procurement and logging of samples
· Assist with tracking of relevant vendors and their pricing
Qualifications:
· Actively pursuing or have obtained an undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management, engineering, or another related field from an accredited program
· Has construction, engineering, architectural, or business concentration background strongly preferred
· Ability to work 30+ hours a week
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit
· Superior written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to quickly learn new and unfamiliar concepts and tasks
· Work effectively and cohesively in a team environment and is a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
