Some information on receiving the $300 stipend

If you are a first-time freshman who is registered for fall courses and you fulfill all the requirements for successful completion of CT101, then you will receive the $300 stipend.

This stipend is provided by the Robin Hood/Rise Foundation. Because they are a charitable organization providing this money through a grant, they have to audit each gift. Therefore, it may be a month or more before you receive the award. You will be contacted at your City Tech email address by RISE with the details about collecting the funds. (Check your email regularly and read your messages carefully!) Questions about this award should be directed to RISE@citytech.cuny.edu.
